David Rees - Chairman - Founder member of the M&GN Railway society in 1959, and founder of the North Norfolk Railway company in 1963.
David Bill - Director - brought up on the railway at Sheringham and founder member of the M&GN society. Now Chairman of Leicestershire County Council and involved in railway re-opening campaigns in the Midlands.
Trevor Bailey - Director - also hailed from Sheringham and played an active part in the M&GN society almost from the start. Now with substantial experience of heritage lottery and charitable funding and rural re-generation projects.
Derek Haynes - Director - lives in Trimingham, Norfolk. He is a Chartered Accountant who has had a lifelong interest in railways, and is a member of the M & GN and Great Eastern railway societies. Finance Director of the project

Adrian Loynes -Company Secretary - Born and bred in Melton Constable, Chairman of both Melton Constable Parish Council and the Railway Institute.
Peter Baldwin - Born in Aldeburgh but now a Sheringham resident and former Chairman of Norfolk County Council. Lectures in History of Art, has a considerable reputation as a painter and acts as local co-ordinator for the project.
Our Patron is Lord Walpole of Mannington Hall and Wolterton Park. Public involvement includes Norfolk County Council, Norfolk Rural Community Council and past Chairman of the East of England Tourist Board. A Member of the House of Lords since 1989, and an elected hereditary member since 1999.
